DIGITAL PHOTO EXPLORATIONS

There is a lot more to digital photography than capturing images.  Digital photography is the beginning of the final blending between conventional perceived reality and fantasy.

This awesome media, in my opinion,  is to the arts s the wheel was to technology. What we must keep in mind is that both; baby carriages and army tanks have wheels.

SPRING AND INSECTS

With the worming up of spring comes the re-awakening of the insect world.

This morning as I opened the door to the front yard, I was treated to the busy buzzing of bees all around the the sweet smell of spring blooming.

Immediately, I changed my plans of getting in the car to go do some of my daily chores.  Instead, I got my camera with a macro featured lens and went looking for  any bees who would care to pose for me.  As always, I had to settle for candid shots because they were all too busy doing their work.  It was a house fly that actually took pity on me and gave me a chance to get some nice shots.  The following picture gave me the idea for the final image displayed here.
